Return & Refund Policy

Your trust matters to us at Obervia. That’s why we designed our return and refund policy to be fair and straightforward.

We gladly accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include any accessories or documentation. Due to hygiene or customization reasons, some items cannot be returned.

To begin, please contact customer service to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Write this number clearly on the package before shipping. Returns without RA numbers may be rejected.

After inspection, approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take a few business days to reflect.

Please note that unless the return is due to our error, shipping fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund.
